All suspension mounting brackets are laser cut out of ¼" thick steel plate,mig welded, gusseted, bead blasted and powder coated black for maximum strength and durability.

Why We Do Not Bend Cast I Beams
Prior to 1992 Ford used forged steel I-beams. At that time, its was considered acceptable to bend forged I-beams to make alignment/camber corrections. Starting 1992 Ford started using cast I-beams and do not recommend bending or heating. This is why it says right on the I-beams "Do Not Bend, Heat or Weld" With our suspension system design we maintain the front track width, allows for the installation of the stock front sway bar, and we do not bend the I-beams
